Shipping within South Africa

We offer convenient locker-to-locker delivery across South Africa.

Please note: We do not offer international shipping, we only deliver across South Africa.

• Shipping Rates:
  • R50 is charged per order for standard delivery.
    
  • FREE shipping is available for orders over R600.

• Courier Service:
  • We use Pudo locker to locker service for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other trusted courier services when necessary.

• Order Processing (in stock items):

• • Orders made before 12:00 on the business day will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders made after 12:00, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

• Tracking Your Order:

• After your order is dispatched, you will get a tracking number via email. You can utilize this number to track the status of your delivery.

• Delivery Time:

• After being dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located in South Africa.
• Kindly be aware that these are approximate timeframes, though we aim to fulfill these delivery timelines, unexpected situations like high order demand or courier issues can sometimes lead to delays.
• In very remote regions courier services may not be available. We will subsequently reach out to you directly to talk about delivery alternatives in such cases.
